Comparative Analysis of Plasma and Blood Cell Response to Variable Dosage Treatment Over Time

This project aims to investigate the differential responses in plasma and blood cells to various drug dosages administered over distinct time periods. Samples have been collected from multiple individuals at baseline (D0), after 5 days of treatment (D5), during treatment (DT), and at the last point of sampling (LT) across different dosages (8mg, 12mg, 16mg). The study categorizes the responses into good (GoR) and poor (PoR) based on clinical outcomes. The primary goal is to understand the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of the treatment and to identify biomarkers predictive of treatment efficacy. This dataset, containing both plasma and blood cell samples, provides a comprehensive resource for exploring gene expression profiles and other molecular analyses to assess treatment impacts comprehensively.
