Ionospheric observations at the SAS Juan Carlos I during 2021-22

The ionospheric monitoring is carried out by vertical incident ionospheric soundings, using the Advanced Ionospheric Sounder - INGV. The sounder is located at the surrounding area of the Spanish Antarctic Station Juan Carlos I (Livingston Island). Its operation is limited to the availability of electrical power supply, and for this reason it only operates during the months in which the SAS JCI remains open. Our data records during the 2021-2022 covered the period between December 31, 2021, and March 16, 2022.
