Metabolomic Data of Plasmid Carriage

This chapter analysed 9 E.coli strains carrying plasmid pLL35 and plasmid free. Strains were MG1655, ELU39, GU15 F022 F037 F047 F048 F054 F104. Files are metabolomic peak table data after processing in xcms. XCMS diffreport files are the output from xcms peak picking processing. Peak tables are the formatted versions and techav peak tables are further condensed by averaging technical replicates.
