A Snapshot of Marine Research in Shark Bay (Gathaagudu) : Literature Review and Metadata Collation (1949-2020)

The Western Australian Marine Science Institution (WAMSI) has developed a Shark Bay Science Plan in collaboration with a range of stakeholders. A literature review on Shark Bay, and accompanying metadata synthesis, will contribute to the WAMSI Shark Bay Science Plan by providing the background knowledge for formulating priority areas of research. It also addresses the need for a resource describing all work in Shark Bay over various disciplines.This literature review is attached to this metadata record (see Online Resource section below).西澳大利亚海洋科学研究所（Western Australian Marine Science Institution, WAMSI）联合多方利益相关者制定了《鲨鱼湾科学规划》。针对鲨鱼湾的文献综述及其配套元数据（metadata）整合工作，将为WAMSI鲨鱼湾科学规划提供支撑，为明确重点研究领域提供必要的背景知识储备。该工作同时满足了学界对一份可系统呈现鲨鱼湾各学科领域所有研究成果的资料的需求。本元数据记录已附带该文献综述（详见下文「在线资源」章节）。
