siNC vs siCREPT-1 in H441

This dataset contains fq data of RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) results from an experiment investigating the effects of CREPT knockdown in H441 lung adenocarcinoma cells. The study compares two conditions: siNC: H441 cells transfected with scrambled siRNA. siCREPT-1: H441 cells transfected with siRNA targeting CREPT.本数据集包含一项探究CREPT基因敲低对H441肺腺癌细胞影响的实验所产生的RNA测序（RNA-seq）结果对应的fq数据。本研究设置两组对比条件： siNC组：转染无序siRNA的H441肺腺癌细胞； siCREPT-1组：转染靶向CREPT的siRNA的H441肺腺癌细胞。
