This accession contains the MOODS4 upgrade for the real-time radio bathythermograph message subset for data provided by Compass Systems, Inc. There are three files. File one is the corrected MOODS file which has been converted to NODC UBT format, file two contains Surface reports from MOODS4 and 1985-1986 annual message subsets. File three contains uncorrected subset of MOODS4 message observations. These data are in binary format.
