Single-cell RNA sequencing of the interface tissue after mouse anterior-cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR)

Transcriptomic profile of the cells infiltrated into the interface tissue after mouse ACLR surgery at single-cell resolution ACLR surgery was performed in C57BL/6 WT mice. Cells that infiltrated into the surrounding tissue of the grafted tendon after ACLR surgery were harvested, enzymatically digested, and then non-erythroid cells were obtained by flow cytometry at postoperative day 1, 3, 7, and 14. Control samples were obtained from naïve bone cells in the same area of ACLR surgery.
