Bulk RNA sequencing of pS6-high and pS6-low pancreatic beta cells across 5.5, 11, and 16.7mM glucose
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains bulk RNA sequencing data from pancreatic beta cells isolated from mouse pancreatic islets and sorted according to pS6 status following glucose stimulation. Islets were exposed to 5.5, 11, or 16.7 mM glucose, and beta cells were separated into pS6-positive (active) and pS6-negative (non-active) populations based on intracellular pS6 levels. For each glucose concentration, three biological replicates were analyzed, with paired pS6-positive and pS6-negative populations, resulting in 18 sequencing samples in total. The dataset was generated to characterize transcriptional differences between beta cells exhibiting different levels of glucose-induced activation across a range of glucose concentrations. The deposited files contain the raw FASTQ sequencing data for all samples.S1–S6: 5.5 mM glucose; S7–S12: 11 mM glucose; S13–S18: 16.7 mM glucose. Within each glucose condition, odd-numbered samples represent pS6+ (active) beta cells and even-numbered samples represent pS6− (non-active) beta cells, with three biological replicates per population.
