The purpose of the study was to analyse and describe the synergy occurring between the biomass matrix and the polymer matrix during the thermal conversion of solid biofuel samples. The object of the study was wood biomass and a model sample containing PP, PE, LDPE, ABS, PET (transparent and coloured), PMMA, PA6, PS, PVC, PC, and POM, among others. The scope of the research conducted was Py-GC-MS analytical pyrolysis and TG-DSC analysis. 本研究旨在分析并阐述固体生物燃料样品热转化过程中,生物质基体与聚合物基体间产生的协同效应。研究对象涵盖木材生物质,以及包含聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET,含透明及着色品类)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚酰胺6(PA6)、聚苯乙烯(PS)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚碳酸酯(PC)与聚甲醛(POM)等组分的模型样品。本研究采用的分析方法包括裂解气相色谱-质谱联用(Py-GC-MS)热解分析,以及热重-差示扫描量热(TG-DSC)分析。样品编号说明如下:No#为样品编号,其中:41号为聚合物混合样品;42号为样品41在样品49中占比0.1%的混合样品;43号为样品41在样品49中占比0.5%的混合样品;44号为样品41在样品49中占比1%的混合样品;45号为样品41在样品49中占比2.5%的混合样品;46号为样品41在样品49中占比5%的混合样品;47号为样品41在样品49中占比7.5%的混合样品;48号为样品41在样品49中占比10%的混合样品;49号为纯生物质样品;600代表热解实施温度;50代表分流比。文件格式说明:.txt格式文件对应TG-DSC测试数据,.qgd格式文件对应Py-GC-MS测试数据。
