Cell-type specific vulnerability to Alzheimer’s neurodegeneration in a subcortical limbic circuit node

We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze subtypes of mammillary body neurons from WT mouse and from 5XFAD and WT littermates. Mammillary body neurons were isolated from the mouse using Miltenyi cell dissociation kit and prepared for 10X Chromium Controller (10X Genomics) according to the manuscaturer's instructions.
