Research based spin-off Romania

The purpose of the study was to see how initial variables from the moment of establishment, namely entrepreneurial experience, geographical proximity, and academic equities, can influence the life cycle of the spin-offs. It was tested the survival rate of spin-off ventures during their life cycle process.
