Transcriptional responses of Seminavis robusta to phosphate (P) and nitrogen (N) limitation was studied in a time series experiment. The algae were grown under nutrient limitation P or N for 48 and 72 hours and RNA isolated for transcriptional analysis using a Illumina HiSeq2500 platform. Transcriptome sequencing was performed at Genomics Core Facility, NTNU, Trondheim Norway.
