Evidence from Dissolved O2 Isotopes in North Atlantic Deep Water for a Recent Climatic Shift

This dataset contains: Code and description files for a simple one-dimensional vertical model, which simulates the effects of photosynthesis, respiration, gas exchange, and vertical (eddy) diffusion on TOI values in deep-water formation areas (specifically in deep convection areas), during a year cycle. The model is a modified version of the Price-Weller-Pinkel (PWP) model, extended to include stable oxygen isotopes.本数据集包含一款简易一维垂直模型的代码与说明文档，该模型可模拟年周期内深水形成区（特指深对流区域）中光合、呼吸、气体交换及垂直（涡旋）扩散对TOI值的影响。该模型为Price-Weller-Pinkel（PWP）模型的改进版本，新增了稳定氧同位素模块。
