Tabanus nigrovittatus Microsatellite population genetics, coastal Louisiana, 2010-2011.

This dataset includes microsatellite data from 13 populations of adult Tabanus nigrovittatus sampled in coastal Louisiana in 2010-2011. Ten microsatellite loci were genotyped from a total of 335 individuals collected from 4 locations from July through November in 2010 and 2011. The genotype data for these samples can be found in the dataset.
