Calculate the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of die-cutting machines by multiplying daily plan achievement rate, yield rate and time utilization rate, which enables accurate assessment of equipment operational efficiency and timely implementation of improvements. Our company's OEE model allows enterprises to easily identify bottlenecks restricting production efficiency, reduce equipment failure and maintenance costs, conduct targeted improvements and tracking, strengthen equipment management to extend service life, and ultimately improve production efficiency. OEE can also assist all other manufacturing enterprises to analyze their production equipment, optimize production status, improve product quality, and maximize equipment utilization. 1. Data Collection: Collect daily operational data of die-cutting machines, and process the collected data through denoising, cleaning and preprocessing. 2. Data Processing: Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) = Plan Achievement Rate × Yield Rate × Time Utilization Rate. Plan Achievement Rate = Actual Quantity / Planned Quantity; Yield Rate = Qualified Quantity / Actual Quantity; Time Utilization Rate = Operating Time / Load Time. Operating Time refers to the actual production time of the equipment within a certain period (shift, i.e., day shift/night shift), while Load Time is the actual operating time of the equipment within a specific operation cycle. 3. Data Application: When OEE reaches 85%, the equipment is rated as excellent, meaning that routine equipment maintenance is sufficient. When OEE ranges from 60% to 85%, the equipment is rated as good, and further improvements in equipment efficiency can be achieved through measures such as optimizing equipment maintenance, optimizing production processes, and enhancing operators' skills. When OEE is lower than 60%, the equipment is rated as poor, requiring significant improvements and optimizations.
