INNOVATIVE APPROACHES AND STRATEGIES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF CULTURAL AND ARTISTIC INSTITUTIONS

This article analyzes the issues of introducing innovative approaches in the management of cultural and artistic institutions, digitization and strategic development of the sector in the conditions of New Uzbekistan. At the same time, the role of regulatory legal acts adopted in recent years, including the concepts for the development of culture and art, in the development of the sector is highlighted. The socio-economic significance of modernizing the activities of museums, theaters and artistic communities, strengthening the material and technical base, supporting young talents, and expanding international cooperation is also revealed. Reforms in the field of culture are assessed as a key factor in raising the spirituality of society and increasing the country's influence in the global arena.
