Field transcriptome analysis reveals a molecular mechanism of the cassava-flowering phenomena in a mountainous environment in Southeast Asia

We report the sequencing data for time series profiling of cassava.This study provides transcriptome profile during floweing and non-flowering in cassava. mRNA profiles of leaf samples from cassava cultivating in general field (non flowering) and mountainous area (flowering) in Vietnam were generated by sequencing in illumina paired-end sequencing
