To better understand how stacking fault energy and temperature affects grain boundary strengthening, intrinsic lattice strength and deformation mechanisms in the CrMnFeCoNi system, chemically homogeneous, nearly untextured, and single-phase face-centered cubic alloys with different grain sizes and varying Cr/Ni ratios were investigated. Tensile tests were performed at 293 and 77 K followed by systematic transmission electron microscopy observations. All the raw data and analysis can be found in the follwing folders, numbered according to their appearence in the corresponding research article: (1) BSE micrographs and optical images.zip: This folder includes the images used for the grain size analysis using the Heyn linear intercept method (2) EBSD.zip: This folder includes the raw data of the EBSD scans. The data are of type .osc and can be opened with the OIM software. The exported color-coded grain orientation maps are given in .jpg (3) TEM_data.zip: In this folder you will find the raw TEM images of type .dm3. These can be opened using the program DigitalMicrograph. Futhermore, all images were exported to .jpg images. (4) Fig.04-10_tensile tests.opj: In these origin files, you can find all the raw data of the tensile tests organized by similar grain sizes. (5) Fig.S1-S3_XRD.opj: Here, you may find the raw data of the XRD experiments (6) Fig.S9-S19_tensile tests.opj: In these origin files, you will find all raw data of the tensile tests organized by their chemical compositions.
