RA_star

This deposit contains exploratory datasets and simulation outputs supporting the manuscript: Kim J. (2025). A Hypothesis on the Existence Condition of Living Systems: The Home Zone and the Dynamics of RA* (submitted to Frontiers Hypothesis & Theory). Included materials:- Wildfire NDVI analysis tables (Camp Fire 2018, Goseong 2019, Uljin 2022), derived from Korea Forest Service reports and Google Earth Engine MODIS data.- Rodent behavioral assay tables (open-field and novel object recognition) derived from NASA LSDS-139 datasets and Raber (2024B) transformations.- Simulation outputs (noise sensitivity, perturbation trajectories, extended applications) generated with open-source Python and R tools.- Example analysis scripts for reproducibility (CSV parsing, RA* calculation, and illustrative figure generation). All datasets are derived from publicly available resources (KNHANES, NHANES, HIRA, KCCR, GEO GSE1417, Korea Forest Service, NASA). No proprietary or patient-identifiable data were used. These materials are exploratory and illustrative, intended to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and open testing of the RA* framework.
