Sex differential gene expression in macrophages and osteoclasts

To determine differences in gene expression during osteoclastogenesis, we performed sequencing on RNA extracted from MCSF-differentiated bone marrow macrophages and MCSF+RANKL differentiated osteoclasts from male and female C56Bl/6 mice Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for bone marrow derived macropahges and osteoclasts from female and male C57Bl/6 mice.
