This dataset includes single-factor and orthogonal experimental data, focusing on the analysis of total flavonoid content and antioxidant properties in mint leaves. Data were collected under five distinct experimental conditions. This dataset contains: (1) Results of single-factor and orthogonal experiments, as well as statistical analysis results such as analysis of variance (ANOVA) tables; (2) Scavenging rates of DPPH and ABTS free radicals correlated with total flavonoid content; (3) Positive-ion mode chromatograms and flow diagrams of total flavonoids; (4) Chromatograms and mass spectra of six specific flavonoids, namely Luteolin-7-O-rutinoside, Naringin, Diosmin, Hesperidin, Linarin, and Acacetin. This dataset is highly suitable for further analysis of flavonoid composition, evaluation of antioxidant activity, or comparative studies with other plant species.
