Clonal Evolution and Genetic Features of JMML and RALD

8 patients with JMML (ID1–8) were studied according to the 2022 WHO Haematolymphoid Tumor classification. ScDNA-seq was performed for one patient at diagnosis (ID3) and for 7 patients at AML progression (ID1, 2, 4–8) before HSCT. We collected scRNA-seq data from bone marrow samples of a JMML patient with an NRAS mutation (ID13) and a RALD case (ID9). The CD34⁺ population was genotyped in four patients diagnosed with RALD (ID9–12) exhibiting varying degrees of disease activity, and in 2 JMML patients (ID13–14) with NRAS mutations. All patients underwent targeted DNA sequencing at diagnosis.
