Whole Exome Sequencing of seven braest cancer patients

We performed whole exome sequencing and RNA-Seq on seven breast cancer patients consisting of three Estrogen Receptor (ER) positive viz BC_Pt1, BC_Pt2 & BC_Pt3 and four Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) subtypes viz BC_Pt4, BC_Pt5, BC_Pt6 & BC_Pt7. For each patient, tumor/patient matched germline DNA samples were processed for exome sequencing. Whole-exome libraries were prepared using a SureSelectXT Human All Exon V5 kit (Agilent Technologies). The sequencing data were generated as 150-bp paired-end reads on a HiSeq2500 Sequencer/HiSeq4000 Sequencer (Illumina).
