Sample data for analysis of period/frequency gradient and phase gradient in spreadouts, ex vivo models of somitogenesis

Here are timelapse imaging (as .tif) of a dynamic Notch signaling reporter (i.e. LuVeLu) in spreadouts, ex vivo models of somitogenesis. Also here are the corresponding period and phase wavelet movies, generated using a wavelet analysis workflow developed by Gregor Mönke.
