This study aimed to explain the psychometric property of IPIP-NEO-120 through its validity and reliability tests. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Composite Reliability was used in this analysis. This study involved 573 participants. The results showed that most of the items were valid and reliable in measuring their associated dimensions.
