Distributions of Sophora moorcroftiana with or without land-use under climate change
收藏资源简介:
This dataset accompanies the study on the Sophora moorcroftiana, renowned for its wind protection and sand stabilization, which was affected by climate and land-use changes. Despite its importance, conservation research on S. moorcroftiana has been limited. To address this gap, the study employed the optimized MaxEnt model to simulate S. moorcroftiana's habitat suitability and analyze key environmental factors influencing its distribution. The dataset includes: Parameter Optimization Code: The code used for optimizing the MaxEnt model parameters, ensuring reproducibility of the habitat suitability models. S. moorcroftiana Distribution Points: Georeferenced points indicating the observed locations of S. moorcroftiana. Variables: 26 variables including 19 bioclimatic variables commonly used in species distribution models, and 7 additional variables related to topography, soil, land-use, solar radiation, and wind speed.
