To investigate the effects of the drug candidate CMS121 on transcrptional changes in the striatum of the R6/2 mouse model of Huntington's disease at 14 weeks of age. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling of striata taken from WT (control) and R6/2 mice (hemi) either untreated (control) or treated with 200 or 400 ppm CMS121 in the diet from 6 to 14 weeks of age.
