Microbiome analysis of granular sludge used in evaluation of dye decolorization

Evaluation of decolorization for various dyes were carried out using anaerobic granular sludge. Microbiome analysis was carried out on the granular sludge after the evaluation to investigate the microbial community associated with decolorization.
