All samples were collected from intestine of Chinese rare minnow.The fish were exposed to 0, 0.1, 0.3, and 1 μg/L of bifenthrin for 28 days, ten whole intestinal tissues per treatment group were mixed and homogenized in TRIzol reagent and stored at −80 °C for RNA sequencing.The sample from 0, 0.1, 0.3, and 1 μg/L treatment were named A0, A1, A2, and A3, respectively.The fish were exposed to 0, 0.1, 0.3, and 1 μg/L of bifenthrin for 28 days and subsequently injection with Pseudomonas fluorescens. At 4, 12 and 36 hours postinjection (hpi) with Pseudomonas fluorescens, ten wholes intestinal tissues per treatment group were mixed and homogenized in TRIzol reagent and stored at −80 °C for RNA sequencing.The sample from 0, 0.1, 0.3, and 1 μg/L treatment at 4 hpi were named B0, B1, B2, and B3, respectively.The sample from 0, 0.1, 0.3, and 1 μg/L treatment at 12 hpi were named C0, C1, C2, and C3, respectively.The sample from 0, 0.1, 0.3, and 1 μg/L treatment at 36 hpi were named D0, D1, D2, and D3, respectively.Note: Each group of data was divided into two files. For example, A0 consists of A0_1 and A0_2.
