Whole transcriptome RNA sequencing in primary fibroblasts of outbred Peromyscus maniculatus was generated to explore the degree of coordination in gene expression. Overall design: Ear tissues of 10 Peromyscus maniculatus were collected and cultured to obtain fibroblasts for RNA sequencing and coordination analysis in gene expression.
