Skin tissue and whole body mRNA seq data of Amphiprion frenatus juveniles

This RNA seq dataset is associated with the study titled, "Socially regulated developmental plasticity in the color pattern of an anemonefish". The aforementioned study aimed to identify the underlying transcriptional differences between juveniles kept under distinct environmental conditions and to relate gene expression shifts locally in skin and at the whole organism-level with altered rates of color pattern transition during ontogeny.
