Serum LncRNAs as Early Potential Biomarkers for the Prediction of Pregnancy-induced hypertension,including Preeclampisa

To identify potential lncRNAs as early circulating biomarkers for pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH), including both gestational hypertension (GH) and preeclampsia (PE), we sought to determine the lncRNA expression profiles in the serum of patients with PE before the 20th week of gestation and evaluated the efficacy of lncRNAs for diagnosing PIH before the onset of clinical symptoms. The screening phase assessed lncRNA expression profiles with a human lncRNA microarray in 5 pairs of serum samples (5 PE patients and 5 matched controls). We finally included patients with preeclampsia (PE) (n=5) and matched normotensive pregnant (NP) women (n=5). Then perform lncRNAs chips by Arraystar Human lncRNAs chip (Arraystar).
