To investigate changes in H3K9me3-bound DNA in MORC2-null spermatocytes, pachytene (Pac) spermatocytes were isolated from 8- to 12-week-old testes of Morc2 control and ScKO mice using the STA-PUT method. ChIP-seq was performed with an anti-H3K9me3 antibody, and libraries were prepared using the NEBNext Ultra II DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (E7645S). Sequencing was carried out on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform.
