The archive contains orthogroup matrices, gene-family evolution diagnostics, infection-expression results, nematode secretome evidence, functional-association network tables, selected protein sequences, structure-quality summaries, metadata, supplementary tables, and SHA-256 checksums. Raw sequencing reads, complete public proteomes, database mirrors, failed runs, and redundant intermediate files are excluded. Results represent candidate mechanisms and predicted associations rather than direct experimental validation of effector-target interactions.Version 0.1.1 corrects journal and author metadata in the reviewer-readable supplementary workbook for submission to Tree Genetics & Genomes.
