Non-viral vectors: From structure to clinical application

This is a review about non-viral vectors which are commonly used. We gathered and analyzed relevant findings and established systems about these non-viral vectors of their applications in gene therapy. By comparing each vector with others and describing hybrid systems, we try to establish a better understanding and literature summary of non-viral vectors.
