uvd_peak_info.csv--Chapman fitting results (peak intensity, peak altitude, and corresponding geometric parameters), for the limb profile of CO2+ UVD.
o2972_peak_info.csv--Chapman fitting results (double-peak intensity, double-peak altitude, and corresponding geometric parameters), for the limb profile of OI 297.2 nm emission.
