p-S446-IRF5 dimer translocates to the nucleus

Upon stimulation, the transcription factor IRF5 is activated by phosphorylation at Ser446 (refers to the UniProtKB canonical sequence) leading to homodimerization and translocation of the p-S446-IRF5 dimer to the nucleus.
