Job sharing of staff in education (from 21-02-2020)

The educational workforce contains all the job items of persons working at funded institutions in primary education (po), secondary education (vo) or secondary vocational education (mbo) in the month of October of the reference year. A job part is a part of a job, where a job is defined as with the Police Administration. A person may have one or more sections of the track per job, after or next to each other; if there are more sections of the job, they differ from one or more of the characteristics of the educational institution (BRIN), position and nature of the employment. Through the BRIN, a job part can be linked with files in which educational participants and educational enrolments are registered. Also, a track part contains, where possible, the income ratio number (IKV) of the corresponding job. Using this variable IKV, data from jobs in the Police Administration can be linked to the track sections. The educational workforce includes only persons with an employment with a school board and the coverage of the file is not complete; see also the description of the population below. The educational workforce is at least perfected, see section Process progress. No data can be traced back to individuals or to individual educational institutions or school boards when compiling figures on the data in the Education staff. Duo receives this data from the school boards. The variable IKV does not come from DUO but has been taken from the Police Administration; this was done on the basis of the link key RINPERSOON and RSIN (Legal Persons and Collaborations Information Number) of the school board. For the most part (96 % of the track sections), the IKV has been determined. For various reasons, not all sections of the track can be linked to the Police Administration and therefore not all sections of the track can be provided with the variable IKV. One of the reasons is that a person in the Police Administration may have multiple IKV and#039;s with one school board (RSIN) so that it is not clear which job part belongs to which IKV. Another reason is that for the 2016 and 2017 Education staff records, the RSIN of those years was not available at DUO, which used the 2018 RSIN. Not all RSIN 's in these files were found in the Police Administration of 2016 and 2017. ### Population Each record relates to a job share of a person with an employment with a school board in primary education (po), secondary education (vo) or secondary vocational education (mbo) in the month of October of the reference year. The file does not contain data of persons who do work in one of these educational sectors but have an employment relationship with an employer other than the school board (e.g. a temporary employment agency) or who have a different type of employment relationship with the school board than an employment relationship (such as zzp & #039;ers). Also, the file does not contain data of persons working in non-funded education. A job part is part of a job; in the Police Administration, jobs are identified by the IKV number. A person can have one or more jobs, and a person can have one or more job parts, after or next to each other. The data of the Education staff file comes from DUO (Education Implementation Service). The coverage of the Education staff file is not complete because not all school boards always provide their data to DUO. In principle, of the school boards who have provided their data, all job sections are included in the file. The percentage of educational establishments whose jobs are included in the educational workforce is higher than 99 %; a detailed annual coverage rate is given in the Annex. In order to be able to determine the educational staff at level 1 October JJJJ, a selection must first be made on formation type = 1 or formation type = 3 (see also formation type). That is because the educational workforce contains all the sections in the month of October JJJJ, including those parts that do not yet exist on 1 October JJJJ.
