Genome sequence of Pasteurella multocida sub spp. multocida B:2 strain isolated from Bubalis bubalis in North India. Pasteurella multocida subsp. multocida VTCCBAA264

This is first genome sequencing of Pasteurella multocida from North India. The isolate was grown from a buffalo calf which died due to HS infection. The genomic sequencing and molecular characterization would help understand the virulence markers of the strain.
