Bryosphere diversity inside Racomitrium lanuginosum in the Icelandic tundra

RDS files of all groups of organisms identified in the Racomitrium lanuginosum layer. The files can be imported into phyloseq objects in R for the analyses. Each RDS file contains an otu_table with the presence of each OTU on the 72 samples from the experiment; a sample_data table that gives all the information on location, treatment (control or fenced) and moss segment of origin for each samples; a tax_table that gives the taxonomic classification for each OTU/ASV identified and finally a phy_tree that connects all the OTU/ASVs, based on the sequence differences. The organisms were identified using three different eDNA markers: ITS for Fungi only, 18S for all eukaryotes (but focused on Metazoa and Protist) and 16S for Bacteria. The fasta files with the sequences for each ASV/OTU for each marker is also available in the 3 fasta files.
