Data and code for Topology-preserving nonlinear scale switching between separated instability bands in a fractional nonlocal Gross–Pitaevskii model

This record provides Version 1.0 of the data and code supporting the manuscript “Topology-preserving nonlinear scale switching between separated instability bands in a fractional nonlocal Gross–Pitaevskii model,” submitted to Nonlinear Dynamics. The archive contains the interval-certified response-symbol component classification and an independent Boost.Numeric.Interval cross-check; conservative band-resolved nonlinear spectral-mass diagnostics and an outer-only control; five-seed fractional-order comparisons; a matched exact linearized attribution control; matched space-time convergence, fourth-order cross-integrator, doubled-domain and de-aliasing tests; seed/threshold audits of the nonlinear regime map; refined two- and three-dimensional annular and spherical-shell calculations; and scripts for reproducing the reported figures and validation tables.
