Doliolid abundance, carbon and nitrogen content, chlorophyll-a, temperature, salinity, and depth from CTD casts from 25 RV Savannah cruises at the South Atlantic Bight, 2015-2017

<p>This dataset includes Doliolid abundance, carbon and nitrogen content, depth, temperature, salinity and in situ chlorophyll a from 25 cruises on the RV/Savannah at the South Atlantic Bight, Mid-Continental Shelf, (31 N 80 W) during 2015-2017. From the bottle samples, the following parameters were also measured:<br /> - Average chemical extracted size fractionated total and &gt; 8 um chlorophyll&nbsp;a and phaeophytin (mg m-3)<br /> - Total and size fractionated (&lt;10 um) POC (mg m-3 and mole L-1)<br /> - Total and size fractionated (&lt;10 um) PON (mg m-3 and mole L-1)<br /> - Total and size fractionated (&lt;10 um) delta13C (per mil vs PDB standard)<br /> - Total and size fractionated (&lt;10 um) delta15N (per mil vs air N2)<br /> - Average delta13C (per mil vs PDB standard) and delta15N (per mil vs air N2) of starved D. gegenbauri zooids.<br /> - D. gegenbauri abundance (individuals m-3)</p>本数据集涵盖2015至2017年间，由萨凡纳号（RV/Savannah）科考船在南大西洋湾、大陆架中部（31°N 80°W）海域执行的25个航次所采集的数据，包含樽海鞘（Doliolid）丰度、碳氮含量、水深、海水温度、盐度及原位叶绿素a（in situ chlorophyll a）。通过瓶采样品，还测定了以下参数：<br />- 化学萃取法得到的总粒径分级与>8μm粒径分级的叶绿素a及脱镁叶绿素平均含量（单位：mg·m⁻³）<br />- 总颗粒有机碳（Particulate Organic Carbon, POC）与<10μm粒径分级POC的含量（单位：mg·m⁻³与mol·L⁻¹）<br />- 总颗粒有机氮（Particulate Organic Nitrogen, PON）与<10μm粒径分级PON的含量（单位：mg·m⁻³与mol·L⁻¹）<br />- 总与<10μm粒径分级的δ¹³C值（相对于PDB标准的千分比值）<br />- 总与<10μm粒径分级的δ¹⁵N值（相对于大气氮气的千分比值）<br />- 饥饿状态下格氏樽海鞘（D. gegenbauri）个员的δ¹³C与δ¹⁵N平均数值（均相对于对应标准的千分比值）<br />- 格氏樽海鞘（D. gegenbauri）丰度（单位：个·m⁻³）
