Soil rhizosphere bacterial community

Soil bacterial communities play a significant role in activating soil nutrients and promoting crop growth. To explore the effects of different tillage patterns and soil structure compositions on the growth of flue-cured tobacco roots and their underlying mechanisms, we set up different aggregate compositions in pots to simulate various types of soil structures, recorded the growth of flue-cured tobacco and collected the rhizosphere soil microorganisms.
