We report RNA-sequencing data of 17 blood platelet samples, including 7 platelet samples collected from acute myelocytic leukemia patients under 60 years old and 10 platelet samples collected from acute myelocytic leukemia patients over 60 years old. This dataset tries to characterize the platelet transcriptome profiles in acute myelocytic leukemia patients of different ages.
