In the current study, we want to explore the crosstalk between NFE2L2 and beta-catenin. We co-deliver T41A beta-catenin/G31A NFE2L2 mutant (MODEL1), T41A beta-catenin/T80K NFE2L2 (MODEL2) into 6-8 weeks old FVB mice hepatocytes via hydrodynamic tail vein injection(HDTVI) with the sleeping beauty transposon/transposase system, separately. The control group NFE2L2WT/ T41A beta-catenin injected mice are normal in gross image and H&E test at 14 weeks post injection. Meanwhile, T80K NFE2L2/T41A beta-catenin and G31A NFE2L2/T41A beta-catenin group has HCC tumor, and G31A NFE2L2/T41A beta-catenin HCC developed faster than the other HCC group.
