The recently proposed σ-cut scheme is able to harden the equation of state of neutron stars, therefore increases the maximum mass of neutron stars. We are interested to find out whether we can use the σ-cut scheme to solve the so called “hyperon puzzle”. Through careful choice of the parameter of the σ-cut scheme, we are able to produce a maximum mass neutron star heavier than 2.01 M_sun when hyperons are included. This data contains the macroscopic properties of neutron star calculated using numerical codes.
近期提出的σ-cut方案能够硬化中子星的物态方程,进而提升中子星的最大质量。我们旨在探究能否通过该σ-cut方案解决所谓的"超子疑难(hyperon puzzle)"。通过精细选取σ-cut方案的参数,我们能够在包含超子的情况下,生成质量超过2.01倍太阳质量的中子星。本数据集包含通过数值计算代码得到的中子星宏观性质。
