资源简介:
Background and Objectives: While AMR surveillance has advanced significantly in tracking resistance patterns, the key challenge remains translating surveillance data into actionable interventions. Our previous work involved developing model based scorecards to monitor AMR trajectories of countries to identify areas needing interventions. However, this approach lacked understanding the of the underlying socioeconomic and governance determinants driving these trajectories. This could explain why these trajectories were occurring and how can they be modified using strategic interventions. In this study we propose to Develop an integrated platform that overlay’s AMROrbit’s trajectory models with macro-level data on governance, socioeconomic status and public health (SDG indicators, world bank indicators, GBD and WGI) To identify the determinants behind AMR trends and stimulate what-if interventions that could shift these trajectories using bayesian decision networks and counterfactual analysis Methods: The surveillance data from the Vivli platform (PFIZER ATLAS + Venus remedies) will be integrated with SDG, World Bank, WGI, and GBD datasets to identify actionable determinants for AMR. We will use Bayseian networks to quantify associations between these macro level indicators and AMR trajectories identified by AMROrbit. Counterfactual analysis will be conducted to model hypothetical scenarios and access the impact of changing the determinant variables. Proposed Outcome: Our previous work AMROrbit revealed the country trajectories to underscore “what” is happening. Our proposed extension will reveal “why” it may be happening and model “how to change it”. The project aims to inform public health practice through actionable, explainable insights and strengthen stewardship by identifying structural drivers of resistance Requested Datasets: ATLAS_Antibiotics Venus Remedies – PLEA: Study 1, 2 and GSAR
