Multi-omic signatures of sarcoidosis and progression in bronchoalveolar lavage cells

We profiled DNA methylation, mRNA expression, and miRNA expression from bronchoalveolar lavage cells obtained from 64 sarcoidosis subjects and 16 healthy controls.
