资源简介:

The Energy Performance Certificate (APE, or even, commonly, “energy certificate”) is a document that certifies the performance and energy class of a property and indicates the most convenient improvement interventions. Through the EPA, the citizen becomes aware of characteristics such as the energy needs of the building or building unit, the energy quality of the building, carbon dioxide emissions and the use of renewable energy sources, which affect the management costs and the environmental impact of the building, and is guided towards an informed choice in the case of purchase, lease or recovery (renovation or redevelopment). Energy performance is the amount of energy needed to meet the needs of standard use of the building for heating, cooling, ventilation, domestic hot water production and, in non-residential buildings, also for lighting, elevators and escalators. The dataset represents the number of Energy Performance Certificates (APEs) distinguished by fuel, year and municipality.
