Complete dataset of otolith images and quantitive values for each otolith shot (in ppm)

The Excel file contains the following columns: Species ID: COCOCHA project ID IMEDEA ID: internal IMEDEA ID that can be used to identify the otolith pictures Session: analysis working session Shot location Isotope_ppm_mean: quantitative value (in ppm) of the specific shot provided as <LOD if the calculated value is below the LOD provided as NA if results do not pass the quality control or if there is any abnormality with the results Isotope_ppm_2SD: 2× standard deviation (in ppm) of the specific shot Isotope_ppm_LOD: limits of detection (in ppm) of the specific shot Observations: specific notes to take into account when analysing the data (i.e., right otolith used, shot not located on the correct place, anomalous isotopes, etc.). For those shots that indicate that part of the line is on a non-valid area (i.e., not polished, crack, …), the signal for that part of the line has been removed (avoided) when reviewing the signals, so the results provided are valid. The two folders contain the otolith digital images, including images taken before polishing (Mbarbatus_PrePolish.zip) and after LA-ICPMS analysis (Mbarbatus_PostLAICPMS.zip). The latter are available at different magnifications to improve visualization of the laser shots.
